-Secret of human thoughts to go into enlightenment- You are addicted to entertainment like sharabi is addicted to alcohol. You both get the same kick & are not able to give it up, even though you know it only brings suffering. Why ? Are human beings fixed entities or fluid? Our Habits, conditioning & thoughts are fixed. And how to change them. For that you need to learn how the outer impulse registers. Primary source of sense registration is impulses that run through 5 senses in the form of coded impulse from outer stimulus like some Tv Series. The most important process is the process of decoding the coded impulse. Because it impacts your whole being & future. So we must get to the information which it carries but we only focus on the response part. Like if Raman maharshi listens to the sound of rain he can very well meditate on it, whereas a common person may get agitated coz of it. -How does an innocent mind become complex, arrogant & ego? From early days our thoughts accumulate through our conditioning: home, parents, school, friends, experiences. Thought pattern, past dukh repeats itself again & again coz we identify ourselves with it. So we have to be aware of which thoughts we have are repeating again & again. -How to keep the mind innocent and ready for meditation? Daily mental discipline to clean the mind to become more meditative. Observation of the predominant thoughts, keep distance from you thoughts, first observe them, is it giving me clarity or giving me Ego complex? Ask yourself. It leads to self consciousness, but I want cosmic consciousness. Only through silence can the mind become innocent. Your Awareness is like fire 🔥 which can burn your poisonous thoughts if you are vigilant & aware enough. -Why only a 1 in a million become a Buddha? We are repeating tape recorded thoughts in our mind. It becomes stimulation , then sometimes you inhibit it which irritates you & this cycle repeats forever. You are just like a Drifted body, never stable from within. But you never protest. We are watching this word through modification of a mind, through a filter. But never ever question or protest against this. Ask why buddha is enlightened & not Me? stay with it, meditate over it.

Sorry for this long comment, I read lot of spiritual books, but when I watched ur videos I came to know about Zenyoga Book, when I read few chapters I decided I will teach zenyoga to others, but now I completed 17 chapters of part one,believe me no book ever explained the concept of brain or mind in detail like this, I understood now instead of rushing to teach I need to learn a lot , learn it in depth, applying it in every second of my life. Till that i feel I know nothing, Thanks for suggesting this book🙏🙏🙏🙏
