Hi Folks!
This is Episode 5 of my New 6 Part Wilderness Expedition Series.
Follow Me and Saku through a wild island in the North Atlantic Ocean. We get dropped on the fringes of Newfoundland's 2,895km² Bay Du Nord Wilderness Reserve, an impressive untamed tract of wild country. There we will spend two months unsupported and far from civilization. The goal is to explore 300km of its uninhabited woods and waterways. But it will not be easy. It's hard work all the way but with it come rewards bigger than most can imagine!
In Episode 5 we continue to investigate the fascinating heart of the Bay Du Nord Wilderness area. We spend some nights in the open under a small tarp before a big upcoming storm forces us to gain safer shelter. We see the first human in 30 days and admire the Middle Ridge Caribou herd who are always nearby. Our long and difficult descent to the Atlantic Ocean rounds out the action.
Be prepared to feel the elements, taste a true wilderness journey, and travel the old way leaving the motors behind.
