I really dislike this "Challenge" format. Speedway GP racers shouldn't be fixed. There should be a top8 locked in for each round and then the other 8 be the fastest guys during the morning. This way we'd see a much better show during the Speedway GP rounds. Here is how I'd do it: MORNING · Practice session for top8 riders · Practice session for others · Practice session for top8 riders · Qualifying session for others (best 4 qualify for the night, next 8 riders go to the last chance qualifier) NOON/AFTERNOON (right before the night show starts, people going early to the stadium should be able to watch it) · Last Chance Qualifier: 2 races, top2 riders qualify for the night AFTERNOON/EVENING · Riders presentation · Heats · Semifinals · Final D (13-16 in points) · Final C (9-12 in points) · Final B (SF losers) · Final A Another change I would try is to give a fixed number of points instead of using the traditional scoring system. This way the semifinals and the final race would mean a lot more. I've seen some riders taking the final not very seriously because they know they've scored many points and don't need to stress themselves.
