Make sure to look into the EMFs (Electromagnetic Frequencies) in your home/ office environment. The Singing bowls are amazing... but it is cancelled out by these horrible industrial frequencies. It changed my life/ stress levels/ sleep by correcting this.

@@ritikamishra1109 yes you can call it that. There are many names for it. Qigong, Pranic healing, laying hands. I think its all the same just different people have different styles. Sorry its been a while . Every healing is different for me. Why do you ask?

@@ritikamishra1109 she was bleeding intestinally. I know i removed the dark energy ran green over the area visually stopped the bleeding i either mentally sewed or carterized it . Put white light on it. Tried to give her energy, but she was very weak from blood loss, so I played this in her room.

Remember we are just conduits for the energy. You inhale and pull in energy, exhale and pass it to tge person in need! 9 months later, the bones have healed and I recently had all the pins and plates removed! gradually regaining full mobility but still need to do Physio ,and still listening to these healing sounds !

Water thins the blood thus increasing circulation and blood delivers nutriments and oxygen and pulls away toxins. Make this your lifestyle. It's not an absolute cure but it will improve your life. I have a large crystal selenite rod that I lay on my chest, an ice pack at the back of my head and a washcloth over my eyes (can't deal with ANY light) and just breath gently and slowly... nothing intense...and let the pain just be what it is as I let go.
