I have no idea how you do it, but the resin always works beautifully for you. This is gorgeous, there’s so much shimmer in it, the colours have blended, and stay separate to some degree. You are very clever Petra, thank you for sharing your talent with us x❤

Oh, this is SO interesting and unusual, Petra! 😍💕 The colors are beautiful, and worked well together. I just KNEW your pretty bloom was getting all squished up by the outer colors, but no! Instead, you got a *wonderful* dandelion seed head! 😘❤👍 GREAT new technique, too! Definitely liking this new way! 😊❤👍

It’s a Mardi Gras dish! The green, gold and purple are Mardi Gras colors, and the center looks like a firework. Very festive, and the combination of effects worked out beautifully.

Petra, this whole last couple of years watching your videos, I've thought the white pigment drops was liquid pigment paste lol. What is the difference between Ettar-art's pigment drops and paste? Since they don't ship to the US (Maybe that's only on their alcohol inks I emailed them over a year ago about shipping on them and they said they don't 🤷‍♀) I haven't really checked out too many of their products, but if I want to recreate any of your lovely works, I would need to use something similar. Thanks Petra!! Your tray came out in beautiful Mardi Gras colors. 💖

Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. The pigment drops are only a colour dye. They need a medium like e.g. resin to get combined or if you use them for a painting they need acrylic binder to be stuck (uff I hope I explain this all well in English). However, there is someone in the states who deals with the pigment drops (sonjaarroyoart.com/en-nl/collections/sonja-arroyo-glitter). I f you require resin / alcohol inks you can contact Octopus and use my discount code Peti10 (www.octopus-fluids.de/en/). ❤️

@@petragerbracht Yes, I understand perfectly. Thank you for letting me know about where to get some. I already snagged up all the octopus inks from Laura's Art Corner as soon as she started selling them. I don't know why Ettar-art and Octopus don't sell and ship to the US. Maybe it's a Germany or EU thing not allowing certain products. I don't know but I will definitely order some through Sonja. I hope I can get one of those cool color mixing charts that you have to make all the colors. I love your works and videos, especially all your creative color combos I never would have thought of. Keep doing amazing things. 💖😍
