I have been searching for job from almost 1.5years . Nothing worked. Only when I turned to mother mary and offered 54day novena I was peaceful and happy. To add onto this on the 55th day I have the last round of technical interview!! Everyday I read bible, I received perfect verse for the day which is the main reason that I completed the 54day rosary. The holy rosary is powerful because it is a gift from God. He gave us the rosary and mama Mary is our advocate because Jesus granted her this sincere authorization in John 19:26. The holy word of the Bible is alive. Jesus spirit is truly alive. The reason why the holy Saints interceded and their miracles are happening is because they are close to Jesus so much, God has given them the licensure to help us. Thank you for your testimony. I started this Novena 3 days ago. I had been praying the Rosary daily but only learned about this Novena last week and decided to do it. I do feel like I have no one to turn to and that I’m in what feels to me like a hopeless situation. I pray Mother Mary will make my request to her Son, Jesus. Thank you. Do you think this works with any type of prayer? Last year, in June my cat went missing. I assumed he passed away. He was an outside cat that wouldn't come in. I keep praying that some how someone took him in and he will somehow come back but he probably passed away, so it would be a miracle if he does come back alive. I am going to pray it.
I’ve been reading through some of the questions & replies in the comments. You’re so well informed. Thank you for this. God bless you. I have a question about the novena, can you simply say the rosaries or is there a special prayer we have to say in between each decade like I’ve seen in some formats of this novena. I’d personally rather say it with my own short prayer from my heart in between the decades. Also, do you know if there is an original version of the novena somewhere-how did those that first discovered it pray it? Was there extra fasting involved that you did too during the course of this novena, and is it important to be in a state of grace?
Hi and thanks for your comment! I do think the special prayers between each decade are important as they help with the meditation of the mysteries. I strongly recommend you get the booklet for the novena as it will help you pray it the right way. It also explains the origin of the novena. It was published in 1924, so 40 years after the apparition that started this novena, but as far as I know, it uses the original format and there should really only be one. I also put a link to a website in the description that explains the origin of the novena, and there's plenty of other free resources out there to learn more about it. I didn't cover that in my testimony because I didn't want the video to be too long. Here is the link to the website: op54rosary.ning.com/page/54-day-thanksgiving About fasting and the state of grace, I would recommend both, though for fasting you might want to ask your spiritual director or a priest about the best way to approach it (ask a traditional priests preferably, in my experience they tend to be better trained for spiritual guidance of that sort). I was praying my novena during lent, so I was fasting anyway because of that. Regarding being in a state of grace: you can always pray to Jesus and Mary even if you think you're not in a state of grace, so that they may restore you in it. My advice though? Make a good confession before starting the novena, that's what I did. That's literally all it takes to be sure. It's always important to be in a state of grace as our hour could come unexpectedly. If you fall, you just get back up. Don't despair and find yourself a good priest to help you out. God bless!
Thank you. I often think about starting something but it's really scary. There is so much I would like to say, things that Catholics really need to discuss, especially right now. But I think some of these things are too sensitive. There is a lot of taboos in the Church and approaching certain topics is risky. I might do more about the rosary though. That's my "safe space", and you can't do anything wrong preaching it...

I did it last year and my prayers were not answered. Nothing happened but I'm not discouraged because I understand that God works in mysterious ways. But I am going to try again this September 1, 2022. My life is more clearer this year.
@catholic4323 yes it did all Glory to God and honor to Our Blessed Mother. Throughout the novena I was also listening and reading the daily readings of the Mass and my Rosary daily and Saint Joseph has been a huge Blessings for me. And the root of my problem was that I was bitter tour's a love one. I was holding a grudge and harbored rancour and resentment. I had an unforgiving heart.
I have prayed a little prayer to holy Maria which is saying in three days you will get the answer....and the third day i have discovered this 54 novena ..it has ''accidentally'' appeared on the you tube screen when I was looking for powerful prayers....what a encouraging testimony this is !....I have started to pray this 54 day novena because the situation here is desperate and I feel the pain..today it is the 5th of June..but I believe it.....I will write my testimony when I experience it....as this man says....holy Maria is happy to help us....ps thank you for sharing this wonderful novena story ! this is what I needed so so so much.
Btw Peter, is it ok to have more than one petition when you are doing the novena or do you have to start a novena for each petition? I go to mass and adoration everyday so it is hard to fit in all these prayers. But there is the need so I am doing my best.

Hello Brother, #PeterofJerusalem, I actually started the 54 days rosary novena yesterday. but as I wasn't aware of how to go about, I still started with starting my 1st-day being Luminous Rosary. I later saw a couple of videos saying start with the Joyful irrespective of the day I start. Please guide me, should I start over Friday being the first day or continue.
Sorry for my late reply! I would recommend starting with the joyful mysteries on the first day regardless of the day of the week. It feels weird at first (especially if you're not praying an extra daily rosary on top of the novena) but that feeling quickly goes away. I would probably start over if I were you to keep the right amount of rosaries in the novena. The rosaries you've said so far aren't for nothing though, don't worry, our Lady is always listening. Also, get a booklet or download and print a 54 days rosary novena calendar from the internet to mark each day as you go, it makes the whole thing a lot easier.
Sorry to hear that...maybe Our Lady wants you to pray it 5 times and will grant it to you on the next one? ;) It's true that some people have to pray longer than others to obtain what they ask for. I understand it can seem frustrating or unfair...but trust me, these four novenas you prayed didn't hurt. If you don't obtain exactly what you're asking for you might obtain something even better. Our Lady knows best. I also want to stress: the miraculous aspect of this novena is best shown when you're praying for something you really NEED in a given moment, something urgent, as opposed to something you want or wish happens at some point in the future even if that thing is of a spiritual nature and you wish it to occur sooner rather than later (like the conversion of someone for instance). In my experience, if what you're asking for doesn't really have a deadline attached to it (and since you've already prayed four novenas for this petition, it seems like it could be the case for you) it's probably something that can take years to obtain. You can still use the novena format and it might actually speed up the process (especially if you add it to your normal daily rosary) but don't be discouraged if you don't get it even after praying it multiple times. At this point, you could also ask for the grace to understand why your petition hasn't been granted yet. Don't hesitate to remind Our Lady of her promises!

Hi and thank you for your question (a very good one, by the way, I should have addressed that in the video). There is a booklet that includes the Luminous mysteries that you can find quite easily on Amazon. It's the same title as the one I put in the description, but adding "including the mysteries of Light". You can choose to pray the novena with or without them. The Luminous mysteries are a fairly recent addition to the Rosary introduced by Pope John Paul II in 2002 and are very much optional. This novena was established by Our Lady in an apparition that predates this addition by more than a century, so traditionally they are not included. Another reason for this is that including them kind of messes up the whole numerical logic of the novena. It is supposed to last for 54 days, with 27 days in petition and 27 days in thanksgiving. The 27 days actually correspond to 3 novenas (or 3 times 9 days of going through the mysteries) at the end of which you will have prayed 9 full rosaries. So if you add another set of mysteries, you won't be saying the same amount of full rosaries and it loses some of its symbolism. I personally also like the symbolism of saying 150 hail Marys to pray one full rosary in reference to both the 150 psalms and the 153 fish miracle in the Gospel. If you like the Luminous mysteries, you can always pray them separately, or you can include them in the novena using this other booklet I mentioned. That's completely up to you. At the end of the day, it's your perseverance in saying the novena that Our Lady will reward. Apologies for my lengthy reply. God bless you!

When we pray the rosary, we ask Mary herself to pray to God for us because we believe her intercession is powerful with God. The rosary is very biblical. The mysteries are biblical and the prayers are biblical. God bless!
@@WordsFromPeter For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 Many false teachers use Scriptures now which are being used to justify one's sin and they themselves say is biblical. Asking mary to interceed for us is not biblical and thats plain and simple, the questions is not whether not how we perceive it but does God like it when we add another intercession into our prayer in which includes Mary though scriptures clearly speaks that there is one. If mary was truly an intercessor then she would be omnipresence she would be known as a God and catholics claim she's the queen which is certainly not biblical and only God can hear our prayers all at once wouldnt it make more sense the creator is able to listen to his son who himself is God when it comes to intercession compare to allow a human who she was created by the creator and give her a high position in authority to be on behalf of interceeding for us? If that were that case how then she can listeb to many prayers at once? Because she herself needs God for she is not God. God knows all things wouldnt it be jealous for God if his children's or creation goes to someone else to get to him if that were the case then what was the role of Jesus while he was alive on this earth? Did not after he died the curtain broke in half at the temple for now he no longer dwells in Temples made of human hands but temples in which be bas made for the spirit of God dwells in us if we receive his son and that same spirit clearly cries out Abba father meaning in to whom we pray to and the holy spirit itself utters moaning and groaning things we dont know but God does know what it is saying for he knows all heart so back to intercession. Only one mediator between man and God that is Christ and the same spirit in which rose Christ from the dead is too within us which is given to those who obey God. Im not here to cause division in simply here to give you whats written in scriptures is really up to you to listen the words of the bible or follow a church in which is not biblical not here to condemn simply here to encourage you to look up the verses and meditate on it with God not saying i know it all simply saying praying to Mary is not biblical just because people use scriptures to justify what they're saying doesnt mean they're correct as i said before many teachers too use scriptures to justify there sin so let us search the manner in our time with God and cry out for mercy and ask for the spirit of truth to open our mind and understanding.

@@aestheticsoul4075 When we say the rosary we say the same words that the angel Gabriel said in Luke 1:28. And we also say the Lord's prayer that Jesus himself spoke in Matthew 6:9-13. We also meditate on passages from the Gospel the whole time. Surely that's allowed for a Christian. If you want to prove me wrong try the novena if you are ever in a bad situation and see if God doesn't answer your prayer.
@@WordsFromPeter but when we ask our brother our sister to pray for us they're alive. With the past apostles and Mary when we ask for them to pray for us they're not here on earth so we must call them and that is consider necromacy which is an abomination to the Lord talking to the dead. I see the good intentions people have when praying to Mary but is it pleasing in the sight of God? And when it comes to the Lord's prayer we must also see that he gave us a module not to simply recite it over and over there is nothing wrong about that for a beginner but as we tend to grow into the knowledge of God in Christ Jesus then our prayer too would adapt such as instead of a born again believer to pray only of himself he or she would pray for others whether they ask him or her to do so and then they would understand that when Jesus gave the prayer module they would understand the meaning behind when he said "our Father in heaven" for our heavenly father is a father of many and which is in heaven so he is to be praised and have a form of reverence and honor and "our" part in the prayer speaks of us not talking about our own needs but needs of others given us a prayer of not self centered. And why repeat the same words of the angels has spoken to Mary?I can see why we need scriptures to pray unto God to learn how to properly comminicate with him which is where the holy spirit would speak through us and teach us for Jesus said the holy spirit the advocate would teach us all things. Jesus promised us the Holy spirit not a prayer to speak to Mary so that she would listen and on behalf speak to God for us. Mary indeed is blessed I strongly agree on that but praying or asking her to get to God would mean we're not allowing the Holy spirit to cry our Abba Father thus hindering our prayer language. And pray is communacating with God. And Jesus said he is the way the truth and the life so if he being the way would he not also show us how to properly pray? And he indeed did but to our heavenly Father alone and not to his mother we wre to strive like Jesus and not be tossed and thrown with doctrines for there is Christ the only way so let us do what he has done for he has shown us the way to the Father. Now a days people now idolize mary more than God even created a tv show call the rosa the guadalupe in which never have i heard it mention the name Jesus the messiah in it so how then can it spread the gospel?
