I am also an investor in Dwarka Xpressway. I invested in 2020 and got a good return. However, I personally feel that soon, the real estate bubble will burst because the rates are extreme as doesn't make much sense. FYI.. I could be wrong l. Just my analysis. Please correct me.

Short Term Highest Risk at this moment 100%. Eventually, 6-7 years of things get settled. Just hold tight this market is good to make money.

Aditya sir Privana South was started at 16500 to 19500 Sqft. Avg Rate of Appartment was 18000 Sq ft. There were multiple sizes of 3577 Sqft to 5550 sqft.

my problem with real estate brokers like yours is that you are not transparent about the state that exists. You all focus on what you want to sell so that you can earn from it. Nothing wrong in it though, but all of it seems so much biased. According to you none of the existing projects are good. All new projects have options that are good/best.👎

@amertia Trasparent purra Indian Real Estate nhi hai toh why you exoect from them. Their is nothing wrong with smart selling and when you have to sell you have to be baised towards that product. Rest he has covered all types of projects, even 20 yrs old. So content wise, it was not only new projects. Rest they don't get units in old project so business is just made by selling new ones. Still, he is doing a far better job by passing on the information.

@amertia With all due respect, please be specific what kind of transparency you expect from us? Yes sir our core business is brokerage firm so undoubtedly we share knowledge and then sell as per the requirements. We have never mentioned that no existing project is good. We make multiple videos on all ready delivered projects and speaks high about them who have been in category of good project.
