My Thomson Led Tv stopped working in 5 months on September 3, 2022 and I launched complaint against it (3 yr extended warranty). Thomson Technician said it can not be repaired. Today is 8 October, 2022 and still my Tv is not replaced by Thomson. This is a horrible buy, hope it works more than 5 months.
Bought Panasonic(sanyo tv) and also bought amc of three years, tv restarts on own, I was informed that if I buy extended warranty the tv will be replaced straight away, but pathetic service by their team as all they did everytime was clear cache and data from settings option and factory reset, which anyone can do, never replaced the tv. 3rd time when I raised the complaint, they just closed it without even visiting, thats when I gave up #panasonic #sanyo suck
@@vanwilderx2927 Thanks for sharing your experience. So, Sanyo, Panasonic, Thomson are out of question. My Toshiba 55 inch lasted for 6 yrs that was Sachin Tendulkar edition and now need to replace panel which costs about 25K...
U guys are always diplomatic and in a sense of escapism. Why always saying in this price range? Explain the quality that's enough customers will buy based on features and quality and not on in this price range budget
Like we cannot compare a Maruti Suzuki to Mercedes and just say whether they are good or not, similarly the price to value/quality matters here too :) just my thought
@@deepakjoshi1529 Value/quality matters but how can one say at that price range that is good? It may be good for them and not for everyone right? So clearly explaining the quality of the material will make sense i believe.
We have a Thomson 55 inch UHD tv at home, it's been 3 years now, working fine. But there are finer issues and the picture quality is way inferior than Samsung, LG, Philips and Panasonic. Even VU LEDs are better.
Thomson ,Kodak and blaunpunkt TVs are made by indian brand they are using samsung panels but Chinese brands and indian brand service and durability is still doubtful.
Yes, they give better performance owing to the better quality components that complement and supplement the panels in giving output. I will always go for the premium brands because they spend time and effort on making these features better: Backlighting. Sessors. Sound. Build quality. Processor. and most important of all is the customised and polished OS and features that actually make sense. Premium brands have better upscaling, better AI and far better picture profiles.
@Vimal Chintapatla, you did not talk about the upscaling on this TV. Can you please tell how the upscaling works on this TV from SD/HD to 4k on cable and USB.
Best Option in 43-50 inches ? TV that must support Apple AirPlay .. A few I shortlisted are Kodak (50MT5011), Thomson (Q50H1000) and Toshiba (C350LP) .. Please advise
