One of few reasons why I'm not longer bother to check any social media or "content creators" Genshin-related. Too much bashing the hell out of the game (any, not just Genshin) doesn't help your mental health or mood (asking for the "end game" for 2 years... and still not enough, despite answer given by developers). Just playing by my own and enjoying it in silence or with bunch of close friends I discuss with.

People have too much expectations for this game, they want it to be different things and when they don't get it, they bash the hell out of it (character designs, meta related stuff, certain kinds of gameplay, etc). It's not souless, the people working on this game work on it for more than just a paycheck, the ceo himself cares about it more than just money grab, it's part of his personal stories he made up when he was younger. And we get all of this for free. Complaints are different from criticisms, criticisims are valid while complaints are just incessant word vomit that unfortunately a lot of people hop onto the bandwagon for

Nahida doesn't use it when attacking, but it does appear on her back or floating in her hand after you finish a standard attack, unlike with Miko

5:35 i always found it interesting how ei was against Inazuma pushing forward and progressing (we know why), but then says she's excited about how inazuman martial arts would progress and evolve. another detail for diluc's mansion (dunno if it was mentioned before or not) is that in the manhua, diluc accidentally breaks one of his flower vases with darts while talking to kaeya cuz kaeya distracts him. kaeya says that he'll buy a new flower vase for diluc and diluc immediately asks elzer to buy another flower vase cuz he doesn't trust kaeya's taste. later at the end of the manhua, kaeya goes to angel's share and brings diluc the vase. if u go into diluc's mansion, u can actually see the vase on display.

That's because Ningguang used to be a 5* star in the early days of game creation, probably they decided which characters would represent each nation before making this change. And I think the only ones that MAYBE can be 4* besides her are Lyney and Lynette, since Iansan looks powerful and Pulcinella we know it will be 5*, but I have my doubts.

Actually I believe Kaeya's hairstyle is called a Lovelock. A lovelock is a long strand of hair resting over the left side of your shoulder. Kaeya's hair is not a rattail or anything, there is no hairtie holding it together and it doesn't come from the back of his head but it's literally just a strand of hair growing out of the left side of his head while the rest is cut short.

One of the things I noticed about their character designs is how they are designed to avoid clipping as much as possible. Their designs were rough around the edges early on because they were still clearly figuring things out. This is the reason why Diluc and Albedo's hair were "nerfed", their original 2D designs would cause a lot of collision with their hair and collar if translated into 3D. You can check right now how conveniently Albedo's hair hovers over his hoodie. Their designs only improved as time went on, and at some point they finally figured out a work around by the time they designed Itto. You'll see that his puffed out collar may take a ton of space in the front, but it actually shrinks in the back of his neck to avoid his hair.

Same thing with the vision 3d models. Lisa's vision is small and a little distorted while on her newer outfit it's the right size. Noelle's vision is bigger than normal and Xiao's vision is smaller than normal.

Yae's electro is pink because it's generated by her yokai power rather than her vision. She hints at her vision being fake, but this is not the case since her vision glows near starsplinter iron.

Another example of rarity =/= lorewise power is Ningguang. She seems so OP in cutscene, probably stronger than Keqing (although Keqing isn't weak either, just hasn't shown crazy feats onscreen), yet Keqing is the one being five-star haha. Interestingly, this rarity reversal has the same element (Electro/Geo) with the one in Inazuma (Sara/Itto).

Point: lorewise, Keqing is a swordswoman skilled enough in her ancient fighting style (which Qiqi uses an ancestral form of) that she gets complimented by Xiao even without talking into account her Vision, while Ningguang only got her Vision relatively recently, probably never trained in using catalysts beforehand, is famous for doing extreme paperwork and networking with civilians followed by playing with civilian children in her downtime, and all of her on-screen combat feats involve her being on her personal floating battle palace that she had other people build and load up with Adepti seals and government modified Adepti weaponry. I don't think we've ever seen her fight when she wasn't on the deck of what is essentially the USS Capitalism, and at least one story teller that was singing her praises implied that she was having post-Vision Beidou act as her muscle when dealing with a potentially violent dockworker while she was clearing out the corruption in the government.

Sara is and excellent both archer and fencer (she defeated Kazuha's friend before Shogun and holds a hand on sword's hilt in Kazuha memory cutscene), meanwhile Ayato knows swords and spear art (one male NPC in Komore Teahouse tells you this). And well... there's Childe who on purpose uses bow to handicap himself, mostly using dual "daggers"(?) made out of Hydro vision. 7:23 I can totally tell why - they won't get sweaty at the back this way. This happens way too often to me, even during lower temperatures and sitting on anything chair-like with back covered(!). Just by wearing simple T-shirt, even with thin material. 13:43 Based Jean mention(er). Just like with WoW Legion track once, I'm hereby asking for music titles because you're well cultured in choosing them :D .

It's more likely that Yaoyao was hampered by her element. MHY already said in an interview (of sorts) that the reason behind the late release of Dendro is because of them trying to figure out how to incorporate 3 or more elements in a single reaction. This is shown by Hyperbloom, Spread, Aggravate and Burgeon.

I'm Chinese and its hard to translate slang/insults from one language to another, plus you realize how ridiculous it would sound if the English version came out just like the Chinese version?? I'd be laughing my ass off that all of a sudden they're talking about hamsters and mice during this serious confrontation... also another detail with wanderer's constellation, its a portrait... so far only Archons have their own portraits in their constellations, were as the rest either have objects or animals that are related to the characters themselves in some form or fashion. I wonder if that mean they decided to do this since Scaramouche was originally intended to be a vessel for Ei and that he almost became a God in Sumeru with Cyno and Razor, it should be that they're both Wolves.. Anubis' inspiration comes from a Jackal, which is a close relative to European gray wolves so they're not dogs

This is not what they meant.... The admin meant that... In Tachi sword art the user sheaths their sword with the sharp cutting side facing downwards... Look at ei's sheating.. The sharp edge of her sword is facing downward... While others including ayaka's blade's sharp edge is facing upward, which is actually katana .... Which indicates that The real tachi jutsu is only known by Ei and the rest even ayaka (who's introduction is "Master of tachi jutsu" Doesn't know the real tachi jutsu

Another interesting detail you may have missed: Nearly every electro character is related to animals. Yae is a fox, Razor was raised by wolves, Cyno wears a headpiece resembling a dog, beidou summons two small dragons, Sara is a tengu (aka a bird), Ei is friends with Yae and Sara, and Lisa is razor’s instructor, and fischl has oz. The only exceptions are Dori and Kuki, but that may be just me.

I don't know if this is a fun fact or anything special about it... but if you look at the teyvat chapter trailer video all archon quests chapter name is among the title of their acts (Prologue: The Outlander Who Caught Wind(Act 1 Title and Chapter Title), Chapter 1: Farewell Archaic Lord (Act 2 Title and Chapter), Chapter 2: Omnipresence Over Mortals (Act 3 Title and Chapter) is name so far following the title flashed in it...the exception (so far in the game) is Sumeru where there are no acts named as the title of the Chapter and in the vid... 6:06 I think we can expect the same correlation between 5- and 4-star with Wanderer and Faruzan. It's not about Inazuma, the 4-star is designed to be the 5-star's sidekick. 11:11 On topic of ore mining, Candace's held E is third strongest ore mining skill after Zhongli and Razor. She can 1-hit hard ores in a small area that even extends behind her back. Near the end things seem be just random coincidences rather than to have any reason or symbolism. And one more interesting thing: Nahida's vision is split into two. The shining part is done by the drop at the back of her skirt while the burst indication when you switch to her comes from the leaf on her head.

However, adepti also have their own powers (their Visions are the manifestation of their 'power core' in human form) and all adepti from Zhongli to Yanfei have more or less the same coloring with their general element, with the exception of Xiao's burst with the darker teal karma-tainted Anemo. Maybe Yae differs because she as a yokai follows different rules than adepti, but it's an interesting difference nonetheless 2. 13:50 In one of his character profiles, it's mentioned that Xiao's former master used his naivety against him, and that he lost his innocence to his enslavement. Makes you wonder how young he was when he was taken..... 3. 14:13 Only one weapon appears in their post-attack animation, but Alhaitham (and Chiori too) is a dual wielder. Does he only carry one sword and manifests the other one whenever needed?

I've seen other interesting stuff in the new desert region. Two ermites seemingly on a date on a cliff, a crossbow wielding one and a hydro dancer. Another with a hydro dancer on a cliff opposite to a Cryo dual sword Eremite, he's seems to be trying to get her to come back to his side while she continues to ignore him and dance 😂

It is implied that Yae doesn't have a vision in the first place which explain why her lightning is different. She fought with her own lightning an similar to the thunder sakura lightning in nature

Yes, Yae fights with her own power. No, she does have a vision. Her vision is on one of her earrings. She says it's fake but in one of the Liyue archon quest (or one of the past events) if you put a character next to some type of ore, their vision glows, and Yae's vision glows.

Recently explored some places on the new map and I found hilichurls worshipping?/dancing? in front of an abyss mage on a high rock and also a whatchucallthem again human enemies in Sumeru face to face with two hilichurls like battling them and also some hilichurls resting while a captive shroom on the side and a group of hilichurls trying to capture a shroom.

heres yet one more design detail fact to blow your mind. this fact is the developers carticer desine for ei and sarcmosue are acatly based on there chinse god versions. so for the chinse god thuder and lightering for ei. there also scarmose is based the chinise god of winds and vortex. those chinse gods are also siblings in the chinise mothous about them too.
