'57 Chevy Bel Air in Return to Macon County 

WHY CANT WE GET THIS MOVIE IN AMERICA?! I seen it when I was young, am a Hot Rodder, but cant get this movie, WHAT IS UP??!!

8.7 in a 1/4 mile run in a street driven 57 Chevy? 😂😂😂 Impossible.

A built and blown 283 in a 210 would probably be able to eek out a 13 second pass. I had a monte carlo in high school that I put a hot 283 in and was able to run some 13.90s

Don't know why they changed the music at the beginning or where they got it but man it sucks.

Did they ditch the 57 Chevy 210 in the woods at the end of this movie?

That 1957 Chevy is not a Bel Air it's a 210 Sport Sedan with the trim removed from the side

Love the car/movie but that car wouldnt do 8.7 off a cliff.....

This car would would need about 1000 horsepower and hit speed over 150 mph to turn 8.7 in the quarter

They didn't have that kind of music in 58.. probably not until the 70's...

What I find funny about this is, it says 1958, which is the same year The Califonia Kid was set.And it also starred Nick Nolte.
