Très jolie vidéo comme d'habitude. Si vous voulez déguster votre thé du matin en conscience, vous pouvez penser au fait qu'une cuillère à café de miel représente l'ensemble du travail de toute une vie d'une abeille. Personnellement, cela me fait méditer sur la valeur de la vie et du travail. 😊 Pour mieux profiter des bienfaits du miel, j'ai entendu dire qu'il vaut mieux le mettre dans la tasse quand la boisson est à bonne température pour être bue. Sinon, les principes bons pour notre santé sont brûlés par la chaleur. Bon à savoir si on ne veut pas réduire à néant les efforts d'une vie...d'abeille 😊😊 Merci pour cette belle vidéo ! Dear Jen, your morning rituals are so much like mine, I rather get up earlier and can do my routines not in a hurry! I admired your yoga poses😌I also do gym, if possible, every morning for about half an hour, unfortunately I broke my ankle on a hike in Wales during my holiday 😢and so I have to pause for quite a long time. Your video helped me so much to relax and forget about my injury for a while. So nice that autumn began in Helsinki, over here we still have 30. C 🥵, luckily I am still in Cornwall till next Saturday! So I wish you a calm and productive week and a good time with your loved ones! Lots of love from Iris from southwest Germany 💕🌸👋🌹

She creates content. Personally, I am so grateful as I find such inspiration in her cooking and the way she lives her life. Its a reminder to enjoy each task, not to rush things and to be grateful for each day. Working and/or being productive can mean lots of things and look very different to each person.
