heyy! i love your vlogs sm, they help me become more productive but I have a question. How do I stay consistent with my productivity? Like one day I’m all productive and then the next I just slack off which eventually becomes weeks. Do you have any tips for consistency? 💗🫶
One tip from me is to make a goal or a expectation for yourself! For example you think/dream of yourself being productive everyday and getting good grades then promise yourself to acheive it and take it seriously, so when your slacking you remember that you promised to become productive and to push yourself to get that good grade instead of just slacking with zero benefits, try your best to be a bit strict with yourself only when being productive so you can just relax after that good grade
I recommend building habits! that’s also one thing that I struggle with the most and I feel like it is rooted to the fact that we usually do things out of motivation :) and that motivation is unstable and there’s no guarantee you’ll feel it today, tomorrow or even in the next few weeks. try to search on how to build habits (I recommend reading books about it too, I’m currently reading atomic habits and working on my own habits as well) but one example I have is that: having a habit of reading your notes after class. no matter what day it is, make it to a point that you’re gonna read your notes for at least 5 mins. once you’ve built a habit like this, it’s easy to just go and do things without the need for motivation. hope this helps 💗 goodluck!
