5B New Mexico Shed hunt, Scouting, Indian Ruins 2023, Gallina NM, Cuba NM area

Went to one of my favorite Canyons in 5B New Mexico near Llaves, found some sheds, showed you where some big bulls hang out, and looked at the Nogales Cliff house of the Gallina Indians, Elk, Mule deer, Hiking, trails, hunting spots, where to hunt in NM.

Over many years I've been all over those same canyons and tops. I just love the area. I recognized many of the places that you had in your video. Thanks. My days of wandering the woods are now in my rearview mirror. The knees just don't work well enough to do it.

I only have so many years left and trying to get out a lot while I can, and share cool areas, love that area, and miss it sense I moved I do not get back there often thanks for watching

Hey, how are you doing buddy? Do you hang out around 23 unit NM, if so you see plenty of them whitetails? Been watching your videos for a month or so

Yes I do and I am going to be around that area a lot next month looking for some bulls, one summer a couple of years ago I hiked all over the blue on the NM side and almost only saw whitetail, but I will be over that way some more this summer

Hey man I found a trespass permit for 5b just off Abiquiu Lake and butted up to Natl Forest. Do you have any idea whether this area of the unit is any good for deer and elk? If you have socials I can pm you on there

Yeah there is definitely deer and elk in that area, just depends on where around the lake for how many, I have seen some nice bucks in that area
