The land area and the concept are good, but the condition is extremely poor and needs complete renovation. This will need another 50 lakhs of renovation if someone wants to live here luxuriously .. Let me know if the owner is ready to initiate the discussion at 1.5cr? I would be interested then.
1 problem of vedic village villas are that they are not serviced and maintained properly. Poor maintainance is destroying the beauty and making it look dull, old and too rustic.
thanks for your feedback madam, The commoon area maintenance and garden area is maintained by the vedic which is very well maintained.as this farm bungalow is more than 10 years old and as it was never occupied so because of individual non maintenance it was not maintained.but once you do some minor repair and a fresh coat of paint will make it very nice place.
