This Royal Canadian Air Force exercise goes way back and is quite easy to partake in! We had to look it up, thanks to some of our viewers, and found out that this was the favorite exercise that His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, used to stay in the great shape he always had so enjoy once more and a great thank you to our viewers once again 😊!!!
P.S: 5BX is a type of calisthenic workout plan (from calisthenics or callistenics) that, thanks to our viewers, we have come to learn is also a favorite exercise of King Charles III.

I used to do these exercises with my Dad 40 years ago and today I thought to myself that they would be an intelligent way to get fit and loose the Christmas belly :)

What happens if you beat the timer, with good form? Do you: 1) finish the workout earlier by moving onto the next exercise? 2) Do more reps until the timer goes off? 3) Take a break,mmove onto the next exercise when thee timer goes off? 2

you go to the next exercise. That will mean that the first exercises of chart 1 will take you (normally) less than 11 minutes but, as time progresses, the number of repetitions is increased, so it’s less likely you will finish too soon.
