Great. I did not know that. Does it count the total number of comments? I.e. will this comment also be counted by the Google algorithm?

The algorithm is somewhat of a mystery, but from what we can tell, yes.

StarLink satellites could be set up to basically act like telephone poles while over restrictive regions, respecting the country FireWall, giving some remote people access to some of what the internet has to offer is better than nothing, satellites with out laser are basically that already. Russia is working on making it a criminal offence to use StarLink. Country's are finding the internet to be a two edge sword, it can be very useful, but they also feels it cut away at their sovereignty.
