The high level information is in 3GPP TS 38.300 specification, See "Table 5.1-1: Supported transmission numerologies". The various physical layer specification mention Normal and Extended CP.
In 14:00, you have a longer CP in two symbols regardless of the numerology that you are using. However, the longer CP should be at the beginning of the slot, in the first symbol. Therefore you should have 1 longer CP for 15 KHz, 2 for 30 KHz, 4 for 60 KHz, etc. Is that correct?
Thanks for your question. For Normal CP there are only 2 “larger CP’s” per 1ms frame. i.e at the start and at the mid point. If you look at the equation @ 12:18 you can see that the larger CP is used at I=0 and I=7 x 2^µ. The latter would make it: µ=0 (7), µ=1 (14), µ=2 (28), µ=3 (56), µ=4 (112) etc. As such, it would occur at the start and at the mid frame point. Hope that helps!
