I have one doubt in NSA how we have 2 RRC connection when all signaling is with eNB

RRC connection required not only for signalling, but sending user data also. In dual RRC, all signalling + 4G data happensvon ENB and NR data happens on NR gNB.

I have one doubt here,is EN-DC same as basic NSA , or we can say that with ENDC feature UE should have MeNB (LTE) and seNB(5g) aggregated while data transfer

If UE indicates DCNR bit as 1 in UENetwork capability and network indicates dcnr in UECapability enquiry, it means it's ENDC Or NEDC. Both will fall under NSA architecture. Whether to add a 5G cell or not actually depends on the need.
