People think endurance only is key… wrong. Weather condition is a major factor. Try to run as fast in 124F. Good luck with that. I have seen experienced runners struggle when they get out of their comfort zone. You will literally breathe your own breath running in a sauna. You will bolt into dehydration in minutes.
Man you are damn right , I ran in winter early morning my breathing was whole different and was panting next level. Hard to breathe Also in summer too currently many times performance vary according to weather

Why made you think it is easy route? He's running in a hilly areas, its is supposed to be harder then running on plain ground. He can complete in even lesser time in plain track.
Ofcourse hill area is harder then plain ground when you starting from down to up then its tough but not when it's up to down anybody can do easily even if you throw a rock that will complete 5km in 2 mins lol. @@debanandanath0
