A mobile phone video featuring Swati Maliwal at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence on the day she was allegedly assaulted has triggered a full-blown fight between the AAP Rajya Sabha MP and her party.
The AAP called the video "the truth of Swati Maliwal" and evidence of the Rajya Sabha MP being part of a "conspiracy hatched by the BJP". Maliwal, on the other hand, said that the video was shared "without any context" by the people of "political hitman" to save himself. Maliwal, however, didn't name anyone in her tweet.

Hello dear, I'm not for whataboutery. Any violence or any assault on women is condemnable, no matter from which community or religion she might belongs to. RIGHT??? . This incident must be investigated thoroughly. My dear fellow Indian, for your kind information let me tell you that I'm from Manipur. In my state( i.e, MANIPUR), a woman was GANG RAPE and PARADED naked. Which is a national SHAME. Does any media now follow up or ask about how many perpetrators have been arrested?????? -NONE Remember, Maniipur is a BJP rule state. Why does the government has to arrest one among many perpetrators after 40 days only????? SAVE WOMEN, EDUCATE WOMEN!!! that's the BJP's slogan. But slogan can be raised by any person or party but, action speaks louder than words, isn't??? Where's a proactive action?? Remember, action will prove who is more nationalist and action speaks louder than words. Local BJP Leaders garlanding the BILKIS BANO Rapists after coming out of jail. Is that morality??? BILKIS is from the muslim community, is that the justifiable reason to condone a horrific rape incident???

@@jameslalnundika1830 My response on this subject was wrt to Pyush comment that AAP is different from others..No civilised society can accept Manipur violence or Bilkis Bhanu case… AAP is not different from none of the political parties today..Sunita becomes number 2 in the party and a star compainer..what is her contribution for the position, there are other people like Raghav, Athishi etc. and number of prominent people abounded the party and people like Piyush come to channel discussion and says AAP is different…this can’t accept…

Women getting beaten up inside a house is an internal matter? Worthless human that’s domestic violence. The violence may involve physical abuse, sexual assault and threats. An Application can be filed to the Magistrate under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. No wonder why you are a indi alliance supporter! Interestingly Swati Maliwal was the chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) from 2015 to 2024. And she was also the former PA to Arvind Kejriwal. At present she is a serving MP in Rajya Sabha . If a woman like Swathi faced such a brutal assault in the chief ministers residence and by the PA to chief minister , what will be the case of laymen women in Delhi. ?.Does it raise serious concerns. ?
