Agriculture is the best. Cows needs maximum 3 years to be mature and sell off. I just started cow farming since last year, now their prices have doubled

Rental and real estate and who make money in them is companies... individually no!!! Mimi wacha nibuy securities za gava sure bet every month and no landlord stress, maintenance and whatnot... since i knew investments, plots or apartments are not just my cup of tea.

In 2008 3 bedroom construction was 450k now 2.2million. Rental income kenya is way better than uk.
