So excited to see how AO works for you. I found and fell in love with A Gentle Feast, but will sprinkle in a couple of the AO books that aren’t used with AGF ✨
I was a public school kid and we didn't learn much about things like Shakespeare (unless you took an elective about it in high school), Christian history (obviously since it was not Christian education), composer study, etc. I would be thrilled to learn about all of that alongside my children.
Oh I feel the same way! I was homeschooled and loved my experience but we didn't know about Charlotte mason has the feast possible with dappling and so I'm enjoying it as much as the kids, if not more! 😉
@@hannahgravelle Yes it seemed that way since you mentioned you were excited about some of the AO books. I'm autistic and also a nerd (which many autistics are lol) so I LOVE learning. I'm one of those people who wait anxiously for the History and Discovery RU-vid channels to put out a new video (the ones that don't contradict the bible, that is) and once they upload it, I jump on it and drown myself in all of that knowledge. And a lot of the subjects and books from CM and AO sound right up my alley because I also love literature... good classic books.
