5th Wheel Hitch Install/Removal from GMC 3500 truck bed 

I needed a way to be able to place and remove the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch. I didn't want to always rely on asking my neighbor to help me lift it in and out, so I made this frame out of 2" x 6"s 8' long.
At the base of the uprights, I cut it at 5 degrees, to the two uprights would lean in and stand at 85 degrees. I blocked between the uprights at the base, half way up and at the top as a support for the cross beam. The upper block was also cut at 85 degrees to compliment the lean of the upright where it supports the horizontal beam.
Materials
Qty 7, 2"x 6" x 8' pressure treated lumber (Home Depot)
Qty 2, 1/2" x 6" Bolts and Nuts to secure horizontal beam to legs
#10 Spax Construction Screw 3"
Qry 12, 3" x 5/16" Lag bolts to secure base supports
