Ellis attended North America's biggest cake show! The Soflo Cake and Candy Expo in Miami, Florida! We had a blast at the cake show! We got to meet many of cake content creators and talented cake artists. It was so much fun seeing new cake tools too.
On our second day at Soflo, Ellis got to make a cake on stage! This was her first cake demo and she did so good! She was a bit shy and nervous at first but she rocked her first demo! She demonstrated how to make a pink buttercream bunny cake.
