It works for any unit. It gives them more defense and makes them able to charge treasure faster. It's very good for Zoro since he is already really tanky!

Man i play him at level 100 with crit medal set +8.29% and he is ridiculously crit roger without using skill1 or 2. (Franuske Medal is not bad for him either.)

once he is fully stacked on crit with his trait he has 33% chance of critting which means 1/3 chance of hitting a crit so I don't run crit on him but yeah that can definitely be good!
