Thank you for posting this. For some reason the "official" posting skips roughly 40 laps in the middle. Was nice to be able to watch the whole thing. 👍
Thank you Tony George for screwing the Indy 500 in 1996. CART should have ran in 1996 despite the 25/8 rule and should have sued IMS and USAC to be allowed to run. The US 500 was so dumb and never should have been organized.
You still wonder watching this why Shunter Reay kept getting employed. Hardly any fuel, and Conway on the inside goung full pelt but no Ryan, just you turn across him anyway. Nearly leaves Conway a vegetable then does it to Wickens years later.
@@sdstewart87 I think you need to watch the Pocono crash again. Hunter-Reay was the one that was on the outside. Wickens comes in low approaching the turn. As you ask, who slid up into the others back wheel? Wickens did! Hunter-Reay then starts to spin and Wickens launches over the nose of Hunter-Reay's car and goes up into the fence. Even the announcers noted how tight it was right before Wickens bumps Hunter-Reay's back corner. Wickens got hurt that that is horrible but that doesn't mean he isn't at fault. I think your "Shunter" Reay hate is blurring your memory. If it was the way you claim, it would have been Hunter-Reay that got launched.
yes it is but they took out so many infield seats, when they would get 400,00 to 500,000 now there lucky if they get 300,000, penske has done a terrible job of promoting the speedway and the series job @@mikulitsi1819
