to shoot the superball really fast i throw it then switch to my fists and back to the ball and throw again
i also set 2 to press 3 and 1 at the same time to make it easier

I forgot to say that in the first part, when you jump down from the first staircase u dont needa go all the way around, The glass is breakable with ur fist and u can shortcut that part

you could probably get a better time with the rocket launcher before the room with the explosive enemies, firing a rocket below your feet launches you which will help alot for the huge pit part and flood escape

The enemies will likely kill him and he will prob lose even more time because of how low DPS the rocket launcher is. Don’t forgot that there is another mini gunner near the end of the run which he need to take it down
