In these uncertain times of COVID19 it is very important to protect our family and loved ones. Homemade healthy pancake recipe-
Pancake mix-
Atta- 1 and 1/2 cup
Maida- 1 cup
Milk powder- 1/2 cup and 4 tsp
Sugar- 4 tsp
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
To make the batter-
1 cup mix
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil or butter or refined oil
1 large egg (egg can be replaced with curd)
Mix everything and make the pancakes.
The mix can be stored upto 2 months in an air-tight jar.
Add berries, banana, cinnamon powder, apple for more healthy option.
