Idk if you’re looking for training tips (probably not), and I’m also not a coach/trainer. but I see you doing the same thing I struggle with which is using your arms and body during cable crunches. Hold the cable next to your face and don’t move it, then let your abs pull you down with the weight. It looks like you’re doing a full body swing and also using your arms to pull that cable. You’ll totally feel a difference when you make it stationary!!
I know you wear glasses, but I'm not sure sure exactly what their for? They could be for astigmatisms or for nearsightedness or farsighhtedness. If your nearsighted or have astigmatisms your sunglasses should be prescription as well. So my question is. Are your sunglasses prescription or non-prescription?
