I love how they describe confidence, because too often arrogance, being aggressive and an alpha are mistaken as confidence and that's not true; it's about being comfortable in your own skin and not afraid to be yourself. Also, I appreciate this list isn't just about appearances, being funny and confident. Being polite, emotionally sensitive and intelligent are attractive traits too and say a lot about character

For the first one, it depends how far you go. I've always been open with my emotions, and people tend to be irritated really easily by it, or even downright hate it. With the second, it can also make you seem like you don't have a backbone to people, so it depends on the group you're with. People look at me as a push over and thus ask me to do things for them, but once I say no, for a legitimate reason or I just don't want to, they get angry or upset. The third can make you seem aloof to the wrong people, and like you're being insensitive to their needs, so they wind up whining at you even when you're trying to better your own life. The fourth is usually straight forward, but if your emotions fluctuate 1) please seek some help 2) people react the way you don't want them to all the time. So being consistent is a big key, but knowing when to not tell jokes is more important. For the fifth one, if you go over by even the smallest margin, people will aim to bring you down. You either need to have a tougher skin and tell them "whatever, idc" or wait until you know you can back up what you're proud of and confident in, so it doesn't seem like you're showboating. With the last bit, you can't go flaunting your intelligence like a know-it-all. This means giving in when someone tries to incorrectly correct a memory you're talking about, not correcting someone's mispronounced words sometimes, and other things. Being intelligent is inherently threatening to people who don't understand something you're talking about, so making everything 100% correct can make you seem more like an enemy than a friend. What I'm basically saying is that people are fickle as hell, and each person/situation requires different levels of all these things, or you wind up seeming like an arrogant, whiny, ignorant, flop-flop know-it-all. Or, you'll be left to think this is why everyone's left you over the years.

According to people I have a few attractive traits (which I still doubt I have, or which I doubt are attractive): 1. I am and apparently show I am confident. According to many girls (who had/have a crush on me and friends) I come over as a confident guy. 2. I do not act tough to look cool, which most guys of my age do. Girls appreciate me being me and they say that is why I also come over as confident. 3. Apparently I have a great sense of fashion. I mean like, I wear Earthtone hoodies in the winter, in spring and fall I wear blouses, denimjacket and bikerjacket, and in the summer I wear t shirts with all the colors of the rainbow. And ripped jeans every season. I just wear it because it is comfy and I like it. I never even cared about following the trends. 4. The part that I know is true: all the typical enfj stuff: being sweet, caring, a good listener, emotional support, friendly and someone to have fun with. It’s something that I have been hearing my whole life long, so I know this is 100% true. Still I never had a relationship because I always have been a bit more mature than others and never wanted a relationship for fun or the experience, which basically is what most teens want. I just want something solid, I want a relationship to be fun, not one just for fun. Weirdly enough my crush thinks about it the same way even though she is the kind of person that does everything for fun in her life. I would honestly think the would be the person at a party that would kiss guys for fun and go to bed with them if a bit drunk, but she only once had a 2 week relationship with a former friend of mine, it ended up quite bad. She still hates him, which I 100% get because I noticed he never changed and ended the friendship. The bad part is that her friends even don’t know if she likes someone, she became a master at hiding it and doesn’t talk about it because she, just like me, thinks everyone wants the relationship we don’t want. This feels great to share. Even though likely no one will read it

This is very true, I have observed this being the case in many situations, but please be aware this also can attract people who feel weak and use your strong attitude to fix all their problems❤ find someone who respects your strong will and not abuse it (I have experienced this too many times with the wish of being kind, but in the end it destroyed the part of me who sometimes also needed to be week and taken care of) make sure they also find you attractive when you feel weak and need help🙏❤

What made me attractive was when I was sweet,smart with ambitions where I could be funny at times and cook even strong minded,creative,honest and strict on boundaries.

The traits I find attractive in a person are humility, good manners, and culture.

All of these traits matter but you need to pass the physical barrier first. First impression. The physical traits that most women look during firsr facial attractiveness, height, hair, even your sense of clothing and shoes you wear. The moment she makes a decision she is not physical attracted to you then all of the traits would just get cancelled. I'd say still build on these traits.

I would personally find more personality, rather than just looks alone. It really doesn't matter what you look like, it is all about what you look like from the inside that counts, and who knows what may happen.
