In this compilation video, we go over multiple clips from bear attacks, encounters and even charges. What makes these ''caught on camera'' moments so scary is the fact that they were filmed in remote areas like a forest, national parks, alaska, russia and canada.
We feature a clip where a man on his porch gets charged by a mother bear with her cubs, an american fisherman gets has an encounter with a grizzly bear, a russian man in a tree almost gets eaten by a huge brown bear, a black bear opens a car door, a black bear in Florida opens people's fridge and two hikers encounter a black bear.
Encounters with black bears, brown bears and even kodiak bears are actually way more common than you might think. They often happen to people who are hiking, camping, mountain biking or even hunting.
It just turns out that some of them were lucky enough to capture footage of these near death experiences that almost went wrong on camera and go pro. This leads to some very creepy videos.
Thankfully, many people on hikes carry bear spray, which prevents their bear encounter from turning into ''gone wrong'' viral moments.
Get ready, because these bear vs man moments that could easily be considered near death experiences are sure to give you the chills.

Russian here. The bear in #4 is a pet; the man refers to him as Mansur several times, remains pretty calm and friendly during the entire encounter and as far as I understood, he got up there to fix something for the bear in the first place.

2 scariest bear encounters I’ve had after being all around the US was at the Grand Tetons. First encounter we noticed a bear up on the hill around tree line while we were walking around the moose pond. Turned around the cup of that bear thought we were his mom and started running down the hill crying at us. Terrifying. The other experience we we a day later walking up Paintbrush Canyon and a momma bear and a cub split my wife and I. The cub stopped about 5 ft from my wife and just starred. Luckily it was September and there was plenty of food out and about.

Me and my dad went backpacking in california in Lasen Volcanic National park. on our decent down from hiking to the tip of Mt. Cinder Cone, we encountered a mama bear and her two cubs. my dad did the right thing; he put me behind him and began waving his arms telling the beat to leave, using a loud voice to scare it. the mama bear was being protective and just happened to be next to the hikers trail. mama bear and her cubs ran off into the brush and everything was fine; looking back though i can hardly remember if i felt any fear. i think i was more in awe. luckily the bears were used to people walking around those trails, were pretty sure the mama bear was just making herself known; warning us to stay ON the trail and far from her cubs. while the encounter happened my dad was able to take a few really great up close photos. which are not hung and framed in my room and his office. forveer grateful for the once in a life time experience, and forveer thankful my dad knew what to do or things may not have ended well. Hall be safe out there; remember it’s NOT YOUR TERRITORY! keep your distance! Take care!

If you've been chased by an angry-looking one, you know what I mean. I made the mistake of accidentally being on a bear's path in the Smokey Mountains, and I barely made it back to the car in time. Bears 101: if the bear is black, yell back. if the bear is brown, get on the ground. if the bear is white, pray for your life. edit: black bears get near people because they are curious but are generally scared of people, so yelling usually scares them off. brown and grizzly bears confront humans because they see a human as a threat to either their territory (especially fishing grounds) or their cubs, so getting on the ground generally minimizes the threat and if they still go to maul you, it minimizes your injuries in most cases. Polar bears confront humans with the intention of eating them and no other reason. You will not be able to outrun, out climb or outfight any of these bears so don't try.

First thing you do when in Bear country is to craft yourself a lance or spear. Not even trained war horses would charge a pikeman. It's your best defense against predators.
@restinwalken
@restinwalken 2 года назад
I mean yes the the spear but no trained war horse would charge pikemen. When ordered to do so. Free war horse sans rider absolutely you are right horse won't charge pikeman line. With ride dictating horse to do so absolutely will.
@reluctantheist5224
@reluctantheist5224 2 года назад
@@restinwalken I think 500 years of military tactics would show otherwise. One reason why infantry formed square when threatened by cavalry with the outermost rank presenting musket plus bayonet.
@restinwalken
@restinwalken 2 года назад
@@reluctantheist5224 I don't think I express what I might well or you interpreted it badly. Either way we have a misunderstanding. My point was a Trained War Horse with a Rider if asked/told to change into a line. The horse will do so, trampling over the pikemen. @Swerve Driver said "not even a trained war horse would charge a pikeman" which is just wrong. A well trained War Horse, especially, would absolutely do that if told to. Though many in the front of the charge would be maimed and/or die. So now as a military tactic, if a mounted cavalry choose to charge pikemen that would be a very tactically stupid decision. I don't know the military percentage of how common a mounted charge was but I do believe it was not the first choice. Archers and/ or other projectiles would be my first guess to weaken the line. But idk. If you've studied or look indepth into historical battles. I'll 100% deferred to you on that. But I do know horses. So I believe you are right in what you're saying. It just really doesn't change the fact a well trained war(or not) horse will do what they are asked.
@restinwalken
@restinwalken 2 года назад
@@reluctantheist5224 And @Swerve Driver was right in the aspect that a spear or lance would be (in my opinion too) one of the best weapons for dealing with wild animals. Since I was a kid and had living in the woods in KY my worst fear has always been being mauled by a huge brown bear lol theyre terrifying
@butchvito

Well you don't have to worry about brown bears in Kentucky. KY has black bear like many other states. Nothing really to worry about.

black bears will eat you too
@butchvito
@butchvito 2 года назад
@@shelbyrice1014 - Sure, any wild animal can be aggressive. Just be cautious when going into the woods. Black bears are nothing to mess around with either, but you have a better chance of scaring a black bear away compared to a brown/grizzly bear.

@BeRightBack131 2 года назад
Oh that has been my fear since I was a very small child, too. Except mine was just a bear in general. Black bear, grizzly bear, polar bear, they're all still bears, and I'm TERRIFIED of them. Where I live, there are black bears, and as far as I know, the last known grizzly was killed when I was about 18-20 (40 years ago). And then there's local zoo, which has had a few escapees over the years, including wolves, lions, a jaguar, if I remember right. Might have been a leopard. I think there's even been a bear escape before, so it's even possible that a polar bear could get loose. The fear is real, lol...

I am at 21 seconds of this video and already experiencing TACHYCARDIA. I'll try to watch the rest but just the sneak previews of a few of these bear encounters and I'm already terrified as though I am right there as the person encountering the bear. 1:34 that heartbeat audio? Hard enough, yes, but NOT fast enough!

Quit demonizing bears! Just leave them alone, for the most part, they're just curious. They're not "scary beasts".

# 6 Fantastic project of life..... Living in a house near a wood with some childs and where eventually aggressive bears walk in your garden. What happen every single day of the rest of the life of your children? Can they play with bikes alone around your neighbours? Do they grove closed in a bunker? or you kindly accept the fatality a bear eat your babies?

Cars are able to move if needed. Put it in drive and get out of there. The bear won't be able to hold onto the door and keep up with the moving car. You can close the door, which should have been locked to begin with, afterward.
