Good job, the frontage and the distribution desing its the things I like more, the interior desing not's bad but could be better, the desing style (minimalistic) not's my fav personally but really looks nice all the concept, nice job, in general all Is good.
I want to see an update of this house after one year to see how those nice-looking white walls withstood ALGAE after rainfall. i travelled to Seattle Washington sometime and was not impressed with the effect of algae on some nice buildings due to a lot of rain. i think every nice house built to last needs a nice ROOF cover.
why do you always like to mix the kitchen and the living room? Don't you think that visitors can be bothered by culinary smells to the point of soiling their clothes?
What kitchen smells? If you have a foul smell coming from your kitchen, you ought to clean it. Smell from cooking food, that is suppose to be inviting.
