Blizzard, ATK /ATK /crit damage.

I still cant get 2nd piece of atk% on blizzard artifacts..got hp that are staying there for 3 weeks..yust dont have luck it seems...also did you maybe tryed add cryo dmg bonus? Does it make any diffrence?​@@RaenGenshin

diluc has the highest plunge multiplier in the game + hu tao cant get that dmg bonus from the passive since xianyun is healing her ,as for the artifact set ehh idk its more resin efficient ig

Diluc has a better plunge multiplier than hutao and uses Bennett on the team. Hutao couldn't use Bennett as she can't vape consistently with only furina. MH is only slightly behind shimenawa but don't have to deal with the er drain mechanic and easier to build

@@RaenGenshin multiplier does not necessarily mean more damage. Hu tao has low base attack cause using e converts hp to attack and hence she has more than twice attack compared to diluc. His multipliers may be higher but he deals less. My hu tao with yelan xianyun furina does 210k plunges with Homa and 80 percent plus crit rate no food while my diluc uses Bennett in place of yelan which should deal more damage but he only does 180k to 190k with r5 rainslasher with 74 cr 180cd. I think the only reason she may deal equal to or less is that she is above 50 percent hp but you can easily reduce hp by getting attacked while overall her damage is still higher as you do the ca na plunge combo and not just plunges

Diluc has an Higher multiplier

Just the fact that players have to manually group enemies since the team's damage significantly falls otherwise. But 3* is considered pretty easy don't worry too much about it

@@vipsviper7203 good artifacts, try to use genshin optimizer to find the best combination for your Neuvi. Also, i think there's scenarios where enemies triggered burgeon which activates the 3rd stack for a bit

@@vipsviper7203the buff + hydro res furina gives is enough to output the passive , so even if your neuvilette is c0 , furina is still gonna be his best teammate
