Personally, I find this one of your best presentations and the AI voice is perfect for this. Perhaps one day, you might be able to expand this to saying that more exists, wherein oneself having the grace of experiencing the sudden appearance of Jhanna. It’s certainly an experience! However, to chase that experience; of course it will never, ever reveal itself, so you must resort back to the air at your nose and allow yourself to simply “observe Only” and maintain that. When sudden myriad of thoughts vying for attention die down, you just might enter, rather unexpectedly. Focusing , but not focusing, not manipulating or trying to get to the goal, missing the whole point, so actually just sitting and becoming acutely aware of the effects of the breath; actually just observing the breath coming in at the nostrils, observing the heat as you breathe out and coolness of inhaling. Not concentrating on the breath at all, just the sensations at the nose. Once the monkey minds quite (days, weeks, months or years) You will lose yourself in a sort of peaceful happiness and a growing light and Piti and Sukah will arrive and the physical and mental joy mixed with overwhelming pleasure and bliss of such magnitude and all you know is this. It can often hurt as muscles tense and shake and your mouth hurts (somewhere in the back of your mind, shrinking by the moment), because of smiling so much. Your body might vibrate and shake, but you are only aware as a distant observer. Then, find yourself moving on to the 2nd Jhanna, which will soothe the mind blowing absolute joy felt and observed only. No clinging, thinking or anything; just calmly becoming totally immersed in this ecstatic sensation, which becomes such a deep, deep peacefulness, contentment and joyous inner happiness. Bright lights may come and go, but you are only living, existing at that precise moment that has no existence. You’re immersed and immortal Sorry, was that too long? Forgive me.
