If anyone wants to know, the first two words are Russian (or Cyrillic), the first says “Anyuta” and the second “Maxim”, both Slavic names. Anyuta is a nickname for women named Anna. The third name is Darya. Next one is Kamilla (Camilla).
This is fantastic! Since I began learning calligraphy I’ve been thinking about how beautiful Cyrillic would look when written with a pointed dip pen and in the hands of a master calligrapher. Now I don’t have to imagine. Really wonderful video!
They are all masters in their own style. Each is wonderful. I think if I had to pick someone to learn from, it would be Bad Calligraphy, because that's closest to my style. Watching videos of one of these experts doing calligraphy is so satisfying and relaxing.
I learned calligraphy over 30 years ago in high school. It wasn't copperplate but more of a basic calligraphy,. I practiced it but with that and drawing, I was too busy working in non creative jobs in my 20s to keep it going. Now when I create text based design to sell, I like to use fonts that are similar to this, but know it's not right for about 99% of the things I do.
You make it seem easy, but it's not. I'm trying to learn using glass pens. I don't think I will ever get it right, but I keep trying. I immediately subscribed and hope to learn more by observing you! Thanks for posting!!!
Those nibs are laying down an incredible amount of ink. How long does it take to completely dry? Also, I see sometimes inking the nib with a brush. Why? Too glittery?
I haven't watched Paul Antonio in like forever, I had forgotten how masterful his script is! Like falling off a log, as they say. What a joy to see, again! Bravo, everyone! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤❤
Beautiful but too much artistic style could not easy to read on what's written ..I just want to request more than a simple style but not too much like this.. so beautiful but not easy to read..
You really don’t understand the point of Calligraphy do you. It is all about the flourish and the soul coming through in the writing. It is LITERALLY a discipline that illustrates artistic flare. Quite honestly one of the most foolish comments on YT.
I understand your point because I also always favor balance of legibility and design. Yet, im still quite sad because there are still some people who dont fully appreciate the smallest of things such as this.
@@latricehylton8093 i don't what exactly that process is, you can definitely use the script to write on cake, just don't know what tool you have to use for it
