Eirik is my favorite to be honest, you can make a decision in the first game to send him back to strand, and then he'll join Juno's caravan in the third game. Also his bear is badass as hell.
i gave the arrow to her thinking what could happen but then i got fucked, but my god rook is insane to play with, great range, good movement, melee also great, racks up 4-5 kills per encounter and one shotting for anything with like 8 str
Iver left the Varls because because in the second war he tried to kill the sundr ravage by throwing an axbut the thing is that it was in a snow storm and he didn’t see that she was holding a baby and the axe killed it and ravage was so sad it let itself get killed, when iver went back all the varls acclaimed him but he knew that it was wrong so he left. (He reveals it in the first banner saga)
We feel your pain... Either choice weighs heavy on the soul doesn't it! But did she perhaps take the shot knowing it wouldn't kill Bellower? That's what we tell ourselves...
@@VersusEvil Roleplaying Rook, don't see how anyone could let her do it. Gunnulf's plunge set the tone for the George R.R Martin-esque indifference to character's survival and it only got worse from there. Just happy I kept big Krumr alive til the end
Rook is the best when he is equipped with BRK item though. No other archer has the same mobility, armor break potential and survivability as Rook. On High difficulty, he + Oddleif can destroy entire armies without taking a scratch due to how easily they remove any target from battlefield in just two turns. You don't always want to use Mark of Prey on enimes since killing 1-2 hp unit without willpower is effectively giving your enemy extra turns - and that's what Mark Prey actually does, strong remover of enemy units, especially deadly in combo with archers, but it actually does not remove that much armor on itself. And in this game you want as little melee contact as possible with enemy units until you weaken them. Try once to equip +3-4 BRK item, place him in one line with Odd and nail some 20+ armor dredge in one shot of her primary ability, you'll see what I'm talking about. Having ranged designated armor breaker with unparalleled mobility is nuts.
My favorite character: He offered his last piece of bread, allowing me to fight the darkness for one more day. It broke me completely, so I accepted his meal with tears in my eyes. Dallren, you old fool.... T-T
Eyvind is the most hated character by far, hes a Simp who got a lot of power given to him and zero dicipline or wisdom. Hes the villian of the whole story, the one who caused all the death to happen. Really we should have gotten several more ways to kill him and the option to have him kill himself. He knows full well that his actions have caused the deaths of almost every living being.
