Yikes, what do you have some strange form of Stockholm Syndrome? That officer was intolerable and gives off all the clues of a tyrant. The way he passive aggressively escalates by giving unnecessary directives and antagonizing, he was completely obsessed with having her look directly at him and her not cow towing to his every demand and desire totally tilted him. O and don't forget him self congratulating himself and being his own judge about how professional and courteous he is. This cop is a completely unhinged power drunk tyrant who I guarantee also never gets laid. He likely already has but will certainly continue ruining countless lives.
Huh, exactly what I came to say. It was like 4 or 5 cops hanging at the rear of the first car stolen, then all of a sudden he seems to be coming out of the driver's side door running well in front of that cop at the top of the screen but the 4 or 5 cops seem to be still weapons drawn at the first cop car. they were proll still yelling at the car for him to get out of the car with hands up. Then, did I see it correctly? He runs past another cop and gets in the car, then light haired cop starts to move forway while the doors still open then backs off. geez

Dude with dog in car gave up but he had a dog in that car and he needs to be charged with cruelty to animals and he wasnt. He does not deserve to have a dog if he acts like that abd he should not be allowed to have one legally
Tampa Florida passed a law for the city giving dogs rights when it comes to abuse. It started when a woman threw her boyfriend dog over a balcony I think it was 7 stories up and because it was a dog she thought nothing would be done and she was prosecuted for animal cruelty but people were so upset that they pushed giving dogs rights when it comes to abusing and neglecting a animal. She would have been prosecuted and sent to prison for intentional murder of an animal. I personally think that they should be protected like a child when it comes to murder and abuse. Now if you harm, hoard, intentionally harm them they get harsher punishment. I think it should be nation wide. But I’m a crazy dog lady.

Scared? No. The officer didn't want to do the paperwork for the arrest unless he had to and she had to be given opportunity to comply before being determined as one who would not. Don't assume that he's afraid just because you don't know how police operate.
I disagree, he was being nice and just wanted her out without any issues. Sometimes cops are nicer than what you might believe and this coming from a black man from Chicago who's have been mistreated by police...

How was that guy able to steal a second police car? There was cops all over the place. Took him like 15 seconds to start the car then drive off but cops were at the car even on the drivers side. They let him take it. Crazy
If you havent seen this next one watch really closely from the point when an officer says: he's still in the car. He's trying to rock it. Now watch...you have the cruiser and about 5 officers, weapons pulled and walking in tight formation toward the rear -end of the car.
