Nice to see you again ☺️😉 You can leave the skin on carrots, beets and ginger. All the nutrients are in them. Try this juice: carrots, beets and coconut water. Very good for health and tasty 🤤🤤

Asante Sana Lady! Your video came to me this Saturday morning 🌞 and it was a pleasant surprise! I 💕💕 watching juicing videos a lot and yours is so 🌹 lovely, the combinations how do you know which fruits to combine ? And how you juice lemons and 🍊 oranges is beautiful and combine later ! Where can I get the electric lemon juicer? That tamarind way of extraction is amazing too ! I have ulcers so I go slow on ginger as it burns my inside. But I loved the coconut 🥥🥥 style of preparation.

Very nice juices. The only thing I will change is that I will only use the fruits that are supposed to have seeds, as the creator made them. I know it's hard to do with all of the GMO foods, but I have to have my grapes and watermelon seeded. For this reason I hope to purchase my home, that has some acres with it. Thanks for sharing.

I hope you don't get rid of the chaff/pulp when you sieve the juices. It contains most of the fiber. You can use it for smoothies or in baking
