Mort is right, many people now want to stop being a tryhard player and have a little more of a social life and use video games in a more casual way, this leads to not devoting so many hours to the game and therefore more games with greater accessibility and not so much difficulty 🤙😎😜
Then go and play a casual game. Developers choose their target audience. If you are not one of them, then find another game. Why change something others enjoy just for "you"
Fun fact, despite Kog'maw being a 1 cost, also 30 mana, and also 3 traits, and Kindred being a 2 cost, Kog'maw 2's AP coefficient is higher on his spell than Kindred 3's. Yup.
Honestly when I played kindred on pbe, only reason it seemed to be “dominating” was I was always uncontested probably since dryad doesn’t appeal to any usual fantasies people seem to like (no edgelords or cute anime girls or anything). As a result I had plenty of money to push levels after getting 3* gnar and kindred. Even then gnar was still a major factor in the success. As such the last minute kindred nerfs were bizarre when I saw them as she didn’t come close to any of the actually problem champs like bard and yone.
Honestly, if you have a Dryad spat SOOOOOO many legendries want it, especially Udyr. Its kindoff the most broken you can be. Had a Dryad Udyr and dryad Sylas and it was an uncontested 1st.
I got 6 dryad on 3-2, got then got other 2 emblem and put it on ornn and shen, Should've easily be at 1st, until my enemy hit fkin storyweaver 10 and one shot everything
Hey Mort, your awesome team snuck a feature in that you weren't aware of. You can see other player's choices in the encounter history dropdown when you go to their board. No need to guess who took recombobulate 😉
The yorick augment is weird. You'd think he'd have hp scaling on his ap ratios but he doesnt. So building warmogs doesnt actually add damage as the augment would indicate. His cast is also suoer long so hes just sitting there hoping he survives the cast.
I’ve had huge huge success treating kindred as ezreal from last set. Blue Buff + Red Buff is core, finish with deathcap, gs, hoj, or gunblade in my general preferred order. Doesn’t matter what vertical you go, minimum activate 2 reaper and 2 dryad. Freest top two’s of my life to get back to the diamond I go for every set
I found a bug the Augment Trash to treasure when you use it on radiant item the forge of Trash to treasure is gone and not turn the radiant item to artifact item. **And slamming item you cannot get exp when you had megnatic remove on bench.
It's not relevant to the video but have the TFT devs thought about making an Archangel Staff specific augment. Like with Stattik Shiv but have it gives like 5 bonus AP and call it Efficient Learner or something.

I think you are doing a fantastic job with balance mort but can we PLEASE get rid of fast legends. I am literally incapable of getting the thing I want off carousel with this horrible encounter.

Dryad-reaper with lindred carry is broke. Its guarented top 3 if you get a kindred 3 early. And as for items, you dont need atk speed at all. Blue buff, archangles, giant slayer are the best items. Late game build kyne as 2nd carry.
Morgana is a little weak, compared to kayn who can consistently doubles her damage (without reaper,both bis in a ghostly comp), kayn is strongest 4g in the game, maybe nerf him a little

i just dont understand the picking augment right in the beginning before the game even has begun, that makes no sense, why would you pick anything if you dont even know what youre going to play, its such a waste of time and as you can see alot of people just stand away and dont even bother picking anything
jesus mort fucked up so much this game it's actually mind blowing had to stop video halfway through for the first time since I watch this guy. All due to tilting over decisions, that's crazy dude xd
