Thanks for the suggestions. I always learn something new by watching your good videos. :) Some of these niches or designs I would have never considered commercially viable, but apparently they sell to someone out there. (This just goes to show that there is a customer out there for almost anything.) (comment added here to help your channel’s engagement and YT algorithm)
I would wait a little bit longer before you jump onto Halloween for example. Current trends might still be easier to make sales with. And if you haven't already seen it, I made a video with Tips about how to get out of Tier 10 quicker🙂
Great video! I'm having a hard time getting accepted into merch by Amazon do you know any method which I can use to get approved. (I have applied 3-4 times till now)
Great video. Thanks, mate. But how can the basic word like 'really' be trademarked for t-shirts? This copyright law in the US is crazy. Anyway, I published many designs with this specific word on different POD platforms, and fortunately never had any issues. Cheers.
I doubt you ever would have any issues on other platforms with such basic words. I just recommend to avoid any risk wherever possible when it comes to MBA ;)
It really can't be trademarked. Someone at trademark office was not paying enough attention that day lol. Big uproar recently iirc with some college getting a trademark for a simple word. I heard about it in a video by a lawyer who said that it really should have never been approved, will be hard to enforce, and likely would be overturned in the near future. He was interested in seeing how it played out. Heidi
@@BlackCat_2 They trademarked "The". But the entry on USPTO says "Clothing, namely, t-shirts, baseball caps and hats; all of the foregoing being promoted, distributed, and sold through channels customary to the field of sports and collegiate athletics" - to me that means it doesn't apply to POD
I earlier thought that even if some word is trademarked , we can still use these words in form of sentences? Example is - u talking in this video about the word 'really'. Checking every single word for copyright in sentences or quote will be very difficult, don't you think?
