I had been looking at what features there would be but not the assets themselves so I would be less confused when I used the app so when I got it I wasn’t that confused
Most of this and more can be figured out by just exploring every button of the app haha More things of note - when you make custom poses, the sizes of the body parts other than the head do not transfer to other poses - the nose colors will switch whenever you change the body skin tone - make use of the layering to get the right look for your character - there are 2 other face accessories in the extras tab - only some things are connected, some aren't, examples include the side hairs copying all size changes, but the highlights not, even though selecting a highlight in the rear affects the front, too - the colors are messed up, in that if you keeping switching color tabs, the colors slowly change, so be aware of that, it's really annoying if you want to make things perfect - you can import and export custom poses - the undo button doesn't work on changes to the custom poses, but you can undo selecting a pose - you can't select individual backgrounds for different characters like in previous games, as far as I'm aware - there's a gap in the torso that you can see if the shirt is short, don't know when it will be fixed, but just cover it with a belt if you want a short shirt - you can adjust the width next to the height, I didn't know that the first time around haha - you can change what body parts are visible with the skin display, but it doesn't change the clothes on those parts, I don't know if there's any way to hide the pants or shirt, so that's unfortunate - the view of characters automatically changes when you switch pages, so that's unhelpful for shorter characters (only really a problem in portrait mode) - you may want to make your own base, but you can't copy character slots, so you'll have to either import-export all of it, or do it by hand for all of them, I do NOT recommend the former - there are so. many. ads. (and some may be inappropriate) - you can find a link to the gl2 discord in the assets tab of the options - some things are easier to use in portrait mode, some things are easier to use in landscape mode, most of the UI seems to have been made with portrait in mind - the gacha system is basically useless, the only thing that makes ads worth it is because it provides gems, that you use in the gacha - the pose button above undo makes them kind of stand still, but not really properly - you may run into more strange happenings in portrait mode than landscape - the sleeves copy whatever you edit, example: change the color of the shirt, the sleeves copy it, change the color of the jacket, sleeves copy that - the portrait mode view is much closer than landscape Thinking about it, I might make a video about this myself, hahaha

I really didnt like how chunky the eyes were so when I found how to get rid of it I was so reliefed. I found out before this video but I still am thankful that you can get rid of the outline of the eyes 😭😭
I actually didn't know about the eye liner/lashes part! I thought this'll be one of the many that shows things that was literally or already everyone knows about! Thank you!
fact number 3 is the most useful for me because i found it a lot disappointing that they made the outline thicker and imo it loooks prettier without the outline like that so thank you
i feell like luni should add a search thingy, where u can like search for accessories instead of having to tryna find it through the tab thingy (idk if what i said made sense)
My only complaint in gl2 is that we can’t make body parts alone like we can remove the head but we can’t do the same with the other body parts(legs,arms etc) which upsets me bc now I can’t make the arm overlap another oc when their hugging 😭
Guys a warning for ya when I first opened Gacha life 2 I spent hours making a character and then I went to look at the Gacha section. It was a bit weird and I pressed the add slot section and it deleted my char. It’s just a mistake but better safe then sorry
I make terrible oc's but amazing poses 😂 (btw i dont use the normal base i use baserman with longer legs and arms its easier to make poses with baserman 😊)

Fact 7 I knew all of the facts also I have a tip for making poses add the head at the end so it's easier to see what your doing and just separate the body oarts in general when making poses
