There are many factors in ways to treat hair loss. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Fearons Loss Fixer (check it out on google) definately the most useful guide that I've seen. look at the super information .
Thank you for the video. Although Monoxidil is good for some I can't use it. I'm allergic to something in it. I do have hair growth from using the derma pen and roller derma.
I am just about 100 percent confident that scalp tension can be traced to hairloss directly, i know this personally as for whatever reason i developed a chronic tendency to activate the muscles in the back of my neck, pulling my scalp tight, over time it started getting really really bad, like someone literally pulling your hair back while having a tight band wrapped around your head, it was really uncomfortable and affected me greatly, fast forward a few months later and i started getting insane shedding, unusual for me as nothing else had changed, my hairline started getting thinner and less defined, and my temples started becoming more visible, i like having my blond hair a bit long but i had it cut at that time and my mother commented on my hair, i started freaking out, and the googling begun, ultimately after a while i started to massage and relax the muscles, fast forward a few more months and the shedding rate dramatically reduced, i would no longer find hair everywhere, fast forward to today, i am having a lot of these shorter hairs feeling like long stubble in my temple area, it appears that the hairs are now growing back and i also noticed my hair feels denser and healthier over all. I am convinced that scalp tension is affects hairloss.
Hey if you don't mind me asking two questions, I'm curious: are you a man or a woman? and secondly, how long did it take for those hairs in the temples to grow again? Thanks
@@alexheise110 I'm a guy, i think it took roughly 7 to 9ish months before my hairline was as i remember it being, but it might have been longer, it has been a good while since and my hair hasn't changed since, but i do not have that horrible scalp discomfort either, i managed to stop chronically contracting the muscles that gave me that sensation of someone basically pulling my hair back, it was absolutely horrible, i also improved my posture when sitting, i no longer slouch with my head forward.
@@ringtail1410 maybe, but isn't it strange how it would happen in that classic male hairloss pattern where the temples thinned out, meanwhile suffering from some sort of chronic scalp tension where i could only describe it as someone pulling my hair back, it would feel the worst in the front, since then i managed to stop doing it and my hair has grown back in was it used to be, it's stable.
Bro hairloss mainly is prominent in so many people because metabolic syndrome. Look at people with hairloss, the most likely have some sort of health condition, it be diabetes, high blood pressure, or something else.
Also remember nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and there are several studies showing a clear link between smoking and MPB. Even if you are vaping and getting a shit ton of nicotine all day long your hair is being starved of oxygen.
Needed to hear this. I gave up smoking after 14 years of heavy smoking, and switched to vaping, but haven't bothered tapering the nicotine down. Hair has been thinning last years and want to take every measure i can to get my hair thicker again.
@@Pazaluz i think everyone is different , my grandfather is 71, full head of hair, slightly graying on the sides by the ears, he smokes almost 3 packs a day and started when he was 16, and back when he was younger he only smoked non-filtered cigarettes
wulfgar3000 İf homeless guy haven’t Male Pattern Baldness don’t going bald. But he has male pattern baldness going bald so fast. (Sorry my english is bad)
I tried all hard 20 minutes per day massages and oils, they don't regrow hair in mpb. Simple as. Tried for years. They may slow it down put don't halt hair loss.
I actually fine with baldness. But people around me always talking about it. Most of them are talking about how disgusting/ugly/looking old i am with my Baldness. It broke my heart. How people talking so bad for something that I even cant change.
As long as you're fine with it that's the main thing. I'm the same. There's a lot worse things in life and I always remember that when I focus too much on my balding head.
Well, you can either: 1. Do a scalp massage twice daily with essential oils (Rosemary, Mint, Tea Tree or Basil) for at least 4 minutes; or 2. Play in Star Trek :-)
The pumpkin seed oil seemed to have worked but keep in mind I was taken liquid vitamins with it as well. I believe the combination of the vitamins and Pumpkin seed oil created what looks to be a cure for me so far! I still have more hair to go in spots! I am out of the liquid vitamin because it's pricey!
What about adding DMSO to 5% Minoxidil? I've read a couple studies & numerous personal reports of DMSO greatly enhancing the effectiveness of Minoxidil. It helps the Minoxidil penetrate deeper into the hair follicles & scalp.
Best method is hair transplant. I have wasted nearly more than 1.5 lakh in the name of blocking dht, nutrient supplements, oils bla blaa blaa. But all in vain. Now i decided to transplant hairs & get rid of this mother fucking problem permanently.
Great video! Would love to hear your thoughts on using PRP with microneedling to regrow hair. I'm documenting my husband's hair regrowth using minoxidil, finasteride, plus monthly platelet rich plasma applications with microneedling. Maybe we'll start microneedling once a week based on the evidence in the study you refer to.
My only issue against saw palmetto is that my body hair almost disappeared. I use with caution and it is effective and makes my hair silky (serum saw palmetto)
@@FrenchViking466 really holds your hair but you have to apply daily and leave 1 hour then wash Now I’m on daily topical finasteride Monday to Friday and SP oil weekend
So basically you can just massage and stretch the scalp instead of injecting botox. This is what I'm doing along with Peppermint essential oil with castor oil as well as dermarolling. Also, I adopted a plant based diet as I went vegan. Can clearly see changes in my temples.
@@abdulhakam4342 topical, i apply to scalp and drink 3 drops with water in addition. 3 drops equal to about 4-5 mg. Its literally imposible to get tablets in Poland. Even those online asian pharmacies dont send it cuz of customs...
i drink 1 drop of 5% minoxidil every second day, otherwise my legs swell up too much, but I also use 1 ml twice perday topically and microneedle 0.75mm dermapen every week and immediately apply 1 ml topical minox.
Yes, biotin, zinc and collagen are building blocks for hair growth as he mentioned in another video. You can find those in foods, a healthy balanced diet high in vitamins and minerals is key to maintaining your hair.
bullshit, you need : finasteride, minoxidil, dermarolling, ru58841, cb-03-01, azelaic acid, Alfatradiol, fluridil ////// do your own research on all first before taking
Hello sir what is your name? Only want to know that i always watching these videos with you presenting it. Thank you for your clear explanation. Hope to see you soon again in another video. And i started to realize from the old videos that now recently your hair grow more stronger and thick than before.
Just some bro science theory: they fast a lot and sleep much more than a normal person, which could increase HGH production, very low sugar intake, they take more sun and don't exactly stress like the average person does. Maybe those things could be a factor, but there's bald homeless people
Great video. I have experiencing hair shedding and thinning and some of hair have white stuff at the end which I don't know and this condition started since I came in gulf to work which we normally don't get sun due to job conditions also the sun is so hot here I have no family history of hair loss am worried what's going on in ma body. Pliz help
Yes, it is true if the length of the needle is high. Avoid using anything more than a needle length of more than 1.5mm. I use a 0.75mm roller and I never faced any issue.
@@saikrishna-ly3rg rogaine from Amazon. It was first developed as a blood pressure medicine so keep that in mind. It will grow hair in vertex because that’s where less dht is found. That’s why it doesn’t work in frontal hair loss because that’s where the dht is likely causing hair loss for those that experience it
To be honest the only thing that works is Finasteride and maybe Minoxidil if you have the enzyme for Minoxidil to work.Hair transplantation and Finasteride to keep your existing hair that’s the goal standard!!
about the Botox, it sounds almost too good to be true. There’s almost no info online about it even about the Dr. why is that? Or is there even any testimonials that you’ve seen?
Botulinum toxin is used very often for those who have problems with sweating and excess sebum. I found a dermatologist in my country who also uses this technique for alopecia but the costs are high... And it's not known for sure if it works. It's like gambling
I don’t think it would. The best you can hope for is similar to results to minoxidil which will work by itself short term. But long term you will lose ground for sure as it’s just a growth booster and doesn’t target the cause of mpb. I’ve personally seen this with people. I seriously doubt derma rolling would be as effective as minoxidil even. Used in conjunction with another treatment will help though.
Jack Pewter I’m personally using derma-roller 0.5mm with Redensyl 1% and I have been seeing some good results. Using derma-roller alone may not yield amazing result but using it with a hair serum or minoxidil will improve the results by 4x times.
I already have great hair, but i'm gonna use this knowlede to achieve shiva level hair, why the F not, love me a relaxed scalp. Thanks hair god (i know it's guard, love your accent)
Can you help me with natural dht blockers and hair regrowth topicals? Like something I can do in the kitchen bro. Your very informative but I don’t have budget to save hair bro any recommendations?
fk me... theres a dent in my head.... and the hair at this dent grows faster then on the area surounding it... fair to say its under less stress becouse the skin is less stressed.
im getting botox in my scalp, gonna start some Biotin, Fina, and Beta-Sitosterols(3xdaily), PumpkinSeedOil Treatments at night, Minoxidil 3x a week so the Scalp doesnt depend on it, and Derma Roll 3x a week 20minutes prior to Minoxidil Treatments, On Minox days I will Do treatment 3x, But DermaRoll only Once prior to sleep on those days... while i save for a hair transplant lol
Pete Santana i tried the liquid solution and it gave me severe itching and irritation, so i stopped using it. I still dont know if I should try the foam because it is really messy and annoying to apply twice a day
DevilStyle11 # I had tested myself applying to my chest and arm for 7 days and the rash happened, but after 5 days started improving But in my head was terrible . I applied both and I had the same reaction I will go to have allergy test to make sure is the medication and not the alcohol content from the composition. Try without alcohol Also, apply to your chest daily and monitor to see if any reaction. All my hair got irritated and I had a acne look like reaction that disappeared after 5 days after stop the application. I know I’m allergic to minoxidil for sure. But I will test with the allergist. Thank you for asking about my case. Peter
This video should be required viewing for anyone suffering from hair loss, it basically combines the most important natural hair regrowth studies into one. The only thing I would add is the study about peppermint oil for hair regrowth. The results of that were promising as well.
People from this part of the UK owe it to the rest of us to change accents. But I have the cure to hair loss for you. Hair loss is caused by the muscles in the scalp zapping the area of hair. When you raise your eyebrows, or even worse pin them up, you flow a constant steam of tension into the scalp - this motion activates every muscle. Women zap themselves with excessive eyebrow movement too, but their head muscles aren't big enough to cause balding, but they do get enough tension from this for thinning. If you stop moving your eyebrows you'll stop balding. Try it for a few days and see. Look up photos of native Americans and see what you notice about their facial expressions + hair.
it's been 10 months since I started minoxidil 5% twice daily religiously, very much stuck with it, but I only see baby hairs on my crown, but I think it's working though, I think I just need to stick with it for another 6 months. Ive started taking 2000mg daily of pumpkin seed oil and 400mg saw palmeto, i will assess after 3 months of using these...
@@louisdouro2099 I'm still doing it twice a day, spraying on my scalp without fail, morning and night, not because it's working but because I don't want to throw away the bottles I've ordered good for 2 years... and no, it's not working for me, I've been taking pumpkin seed oil capsules and saw palmetto, but no, it's not working, i'm still hopeful though...
@@H.E.M. You meant Propecia (Finasteride), no I don't want to risk being impotent, I'd rather be bald and ripped, than with hair but can't get that 'thing' going when the action is needed, and yes I do use microneedling as well, just doesn't work, this Minoxidil thing is a marketing ploy to get people buying and corporate labs getting rich.
@@STUPIDRU-vid_HIDINGMSGS no is not. Minoxidil is a hair growth stimulate. It’s purpose isn’t to stop hair loss. You can’t expect to get back hair if you’re not stopping the thing that’s causing it, which is why you use finasteride. And no fin doesn’t give you permanent limp dick which is only a side effect 1-2% of all user ever experienced. But you do you ripped and bald dude.
