I have made some recipes good for enhancing immune function since it is hard to go outside these days. From white radish-oyster rice, sheperd's purse-napa cabbage soup, seasoned white radish, fresh napa cabbage kimchi made with ingredients that are good for immune function to glazed garlic good for anti-bacterial effect and apple-cinnamon tea that makes body warm, I have prepared all the good things! It is said that a healthy meal is a restorative. So let's keep our family's health with recipes good for immune systems.
☞ [Apple Cinamon Tea]
- Ingredients : 3 Apple(800g), 200g Cinamon, 5 cups of Sugar(900g), Vinegar
1. Alter soaking apples in water with a little bit of vinegar, rinse them cleanly.
2. Cut them into 4 pieces, take off the seeds, and slice them into thin pieces.
3. In a large bowl, put apple, cinnamon and sugar together and mix them.
4. In a sterilized glass jar, put the mixed apples and ripen them in a refrigerator for about 3 days after letting them ripen in room temperature for about a day first.
5. You can enjoy more strong taste by drinking them in hot water or boiling them.
☞ [Glazed Garlic]
- Ingredients : 300g Garlic, 1 Dried pepper, 2tbsp Olive oil, Sesame oil, Sesame seeds
- Seasonings : 1+1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 3tbsp Corn syrup, 2tbsp Cooking wine, 2tbsp Water
1. After cutting out garlic stalks, cut garlic into two pieces, put them in cold water for 10 minutes and remove the moisture. As for the dried pepper, chop it into pieces.
2. Put olive oil in a heated pan and roast garlics on medium heat until they are fried yellowishly.
3. Put seasoning ingredients and dried pepper over the roasted garlic and boil them down until it has a luster.
4. Finally, sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds over it.
☞ [Seasoned White Radish]
- Ingredients : 1/3 Radish, 2tbsp Cooking oil, 1tbsp Sesame oil, 1/2tbsp Sesame seeds, Salt, 1/3 cup of Anchovy stock
- Seasonings : 1tbsp Chopped green onion, 1/2tbsp Minced garlic, 1tsp Ginger juice, 1tsp Roasted salt
☞ [Fresh Napa Cabbage Kimchi]
- Ingredients : Napa cabbage, Green onion, Sesame seeds
- Seasonings : 5tbsp Red pepper powder, 4tbsp Fermented anchovy sauce, 2tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Sugar, 2tbsp Corn syrup, 1/2 Ginger powder, 1/2tbsp Sesame oil
☞ [White radish Oyster Mushroom Rice]
- Ingredients : 2 cup of rice, Radish, 3tbsp Radish juice, 200g Oyster, 2 Shiitake mushroom, 70g Oyster mushroom, Ginkgo
