Plantain‘s nickname is white man’s foot print the Native Americans called it that because it was not native to America until the Europeans brought it with them. They brought it with them because it was so medicinal in many ways it’s very good for the skin it has amazing healing properties for eczema sunburn chapped lips bee stings the list goes on. You can eat the seeds or the leaves and you can make the leaves into salve or infuse it in oil for soap.

Allegedly, “white” as a description wasn’t always referring to them being pale… it used to be referring to PURE … because many Europeans who first came to the Americans were Moors/melanated nobles from Europe. They considered themselves higher class than the societies they saw of the indigenous people … today many foreigners both melanated and non melanated are still labeled “white” on paperwork. Hence the saying, “All skinfolk ain’t kinfolk”

I use a honey turmeric mask sometimes but not consistently enough to see results, so I’ll be doing this for a spree to see. Honey on my face itches in some areas though. I can’t stand it! 😅

Thanks for the useful information. How do I apply them? In a oil form? A tea? Paste? What time of day should I apply? Are certain days better than others, Example sunday's for chamomile.

I remember Neem leaves were kept close to bed during chickenpox when I was kid. Also, bathing with neem leaves cleanse all sort of bacteria. Widely used in Indian Agriculture as natural pesticide

From a person who had eczema their entire life neem is one my favorite herbs you can do everything with neem and almost treats everything especially skin related but it works on the kidneys liver etc. I actually sell neem now because people ask me all the time how did my skin gets so clear. Neem is the main reason.

You can make a moisturizer with Burdock root, olive leaf, and calendula flower tea, Irish moss, hemp seed oil + CBD oil for psoriasis

Put dry herb in a jar with either olive oil or avocado oil and let sit at least 3 months near the sun I do more and then strain

you can also use oil or aloe or some sort of base, and crush up the flowers into it and then either strain it or use it as is. :)

Yeah I heard Neem was good for rashy skin so I spent a heap of money on some oil and put a bit on my face. Uh-huh, never again! My skin flared so badly. It was a nightmare.
