dang im in the commercial hvac industry in denver. this is just insane… I’m a commercial service tech so I don’t do the installs. but all that metal is sharp and will slice you with no problem. this is just insane

1) I don't see ANY stainless steel threaded rod nor Unistrut supporting that very thick stainless or aluminum round ductwork. What was their hanging/support method? 2) Surely there is no way they had some kind of small screw-eye-fastened wire rope that could rip loose once a section failed, placing ever-greater weight on the remaining 'whatever-is-supporting-this-mass'? 3) All of that dark fluid seen having poured-out all over the deck and into the hot-tub from each break in the duct is evidence of corroded/contaminated water build-up from condensation inside of the duct, allowed to pool inside the duct. *So no overall slope back to the unit for drainage of that duct, and no bottom outlet for the inevitable condensate to drain? *That would eventually add SIGNIFICANT water weight to the duct system, for which whatever invisible support method was used would likely have NOT been designed to hold. The weight of the duct itself is going to have to be reviewed and compared to the design support method and spacing, as well as attachment method and materials, but nobody designs duct support for that air duct to also be filled with water.

That happened at Utah Park in Aurora, Colorado

Well be thankful this was a gas duct to collapse into the pool and hot tubs and not a strip of electric cables/lines running up there.
