I use an idli steamer which serves 3 purposes. the steamer comes with 3 idli plates (15 idlis), 1 dhokla plate and the vessel / kadai to prepare sambar. I got this from a local store in Udupi, Karnataka. you can buy similar product in amazon: amzn.to/2fPnNER

Idli is supposed to be healthy for its Urad Dal content. The batter fermentation lends it power of prebiotics. With only rice in these idli recipes shown above - best is to avoid them being consumed regularly. Protein content is so miniscule in these Idlis . One can try them only when they are short of time. Sorry but I am disappointed. Thanks for the video

I agree, why is the title saying instant idli chutney in less than 15 min when the video itself is of 22 min . Soaking takes 15 min and steaming takes 15 mins.. I am your fan and have followed your recipes many times.. but such misleading titles why?
