you need to download the app for it, and your phone needs to support OTG (external camera support) for it to work

+Maker Mill I have dl several progs for ext camera and my phone duz I'm sure support otg because I connect and use a flash drive...I can't even get my laptop to find it...loosing faith. ..

thank you for taking the time to look into this... but as ive said i can connect a usb flash drive and play songs from it so surely that means it has otg capabilities,,,, and still doesn't explain why my computer cant see it??
