6 Locomotive Train Goes Under Me, Gets Radar Check At Abandoned Bridge, Trains With DPUs & CP Rail! 

AfTrain With 6 Engines: Canadian Pacific Railway Locomotives, DPU & Norfolk Southern Locos Goes Under Abandoned Bridge & Gets A Radar Speed Check! Fast Trains With DPUs In Williamstown, Kentucky. Railroad Crossing Next To War Memorial. 6 Trains On Norfolk Southern Line From Cincinnati To Chattanooga Tennessee.
I returned to an abandoned bridge over the railroad mainline south of Williamstown, Kentucky. We see a fast intermodal train booking under me. Then a fast train with 6 locomotives goes under me and I do a radar speed check on it. This train is Train #123 and has 2 Canadian Pacific Railway locomotives being transported and it has a mid train DPU. I got a train horn salute from the engineer as it came round the curve! We then see my radio up close. After it passes we take a close look at the bridge over the railroad. They don't make them like this anymore. This is a great Railfan spot with a church right next to it in a very remote area.
Next is a steel coils train with a DPU on the rear. We do a speed check on this train also. How fast do you think it was going? That was Train #375 from Middletown, Ohio to Rockport, Indiana. What was that loud bang sound coming from the train just as the DPU got near me?
Then I go north a few miles on the same line and get a grain train coming around a curve booking. This train has 3 locomotives and is southbound. We take a close look at the war memorial.
Next, we move north again since I am heading home and catch another southbound NS train at Locust Street in Walton, Ky. This train had an interesting load on the first car.
The last train is further north as I head home. This is Totten Lane. This is a mixed freight headed southbound in a hurry. That train was booking. It has a DPU on the rear that is one of the first DC to AC conversion locomotives.
We also see Lillias new kitten. She named him Tom. After that is the slide show that comes from the video.
