Believe me there are few places more exquisite than Norway, and Switzerland is one of them. I've done the Hurtigruten four times and Switzerland more times than I care to remember and I would be hard put to pick a favourite. My judgement would be clouded by the fact I have been a lifelong fan of Swiss railways.

Had me at the opening of the video with that drone shot over the mountain. Norway is unreal but then you mix it with snow and it is magical. Bode looked dope

Hello, I am considering visiting in June or sometime in the summer. Probably more like July or August, but it depends on the info I gather. Please let me know how much US dollars I will need. You said Norwegian Air is super cheap, and once there, getting around isn't "that expensive". I am a lone female, turning 61 on June 30. So I would love to give myself a birthday present, see the northern lights, etc. Camping is not my ting as my back needs something cushiony, and not sure I can hike long distances as I am pretty out of shape. But I am sure I'll be pumpled up from the sheer excitement. Do you provide guidance of any kind? Any tours? Anyone who is air BnB? OR looking to rent out their place? Any and all info will help, as the last trips I did on my own kinda blew up in my face. And they were here in the US (Washington state and ORegon). I've wanted to visit Norway since I saw the movie "Song of Norway" as a child. With the co-vide thing, am sure tickets and tourist stuff is much cheaper, as you said (20% for a start).
