Har business customer ko tab sunta hai jab competition hota hai. Monopoly mein ego mein rehta hai. If business has to survive, continuously work on your shortcomings and listen to people. Why people complaint? Because they want value for money products. If some other company can provide new tech at lower costs, apple will have to listen otherwise it will get outdated. I ask which iphone do you use especially if it is 6-7-8 as they are look almost same. Just the apple logo doesn't catch attention now as it used to do in 2015-2016 until n unless it is the latest one 1 lak plus models with catchy shades. Every tom dick harry can now afford a 40k phone so it is no big deal if one is using an old iphone which he probably might have bought for an even lower price. If the person is still using 6 or 7 then it purely shows his infatuation towards apple and the desire to show off especially when similarly priced android phones are a league apart now.
